Event Rental Cancellation Policy

We keep a 30 DAY EVENT RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY.

If you have to cancel within the 30 days of your event, we will keep your $50 deposit.

RE-SCHEDULING YOUR EVENT RENTAL

If you RE-SCHEDULE within 30 DAYS PRIOR to your EVENT RENTAL, you can apply your $50 DEPOSIT to your re-scheduled event rental date.

If you RE-SCHEDULE outside 30 DAYS of your event, an additional $50 DEPOSIT is REQUIRED

Event Rental Balance Due

FULL PAYMENT IS DUE & REQUIRED 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT.

COYOTE POOLS will email or text you you an ONLINE PAYMENT LINK the DAY we DELIVER your DRANK TANKS for your event.

Sales tax is included in your EVENT RENTAL TOTAL AMOUNT.
